Saturday August 21 we celebrated Amaya's 1st Birthday at My Gym in Columbia. As you may recall, I spent many a nights and days thinking about how to plan the perfect party for Amaya. Well it wasnt perfect (afterall I purchased a new video camera to record this milestone and it was misplaced the morning before the party!) but it was pretty darn close! Amaya smiled from ear to ear from the time she walked in the party until she left. Not to mention, back at the house (ie the afterparty) she was OVERWHELMED with all the love and gifts.  My mom said my living room looks like Toys R US, either that or Christmas morning. It really makes me happy that my children have so many people who love them and adore them (and spoil them! which we will all pay for later!).

Titi Buddy made Amaya special DVDs to give to all her friends! That was a LABOR of love and we are so so thankful!!
